Come see me live painting with friends and various scallywags in the skatepark at 21st & Washburn in Topeka, KS on 6/24 Saturday from 3p til 9p. I started a piece last weekend and will be completing my “mouthbreather” creation tomorrow and also spazzin and creating more art pieces as the skatepark has plenty of room to get down. Excited to chop it up with some old school friends, and am happy to be painting something in my hometown where i grew up. Yeah i know, i know, king of the late post, too busy hustlin & jugglin life issues lately.
Each year I try to include several charities into my efforts, usually I live paint something to be auctioned off with all proceeds going to benefit victims. This year a new charity presented itself and i’ll be live painting at a rad event sponsored by Children’s Mercy Hospital, Quixotic will perform, and catered by Taco Republic. Flat out, I cannot pull $1,000 dollars out of my pocket, but I can take $100 of raw materials and 2hrs later have created sum sweet art that people got to see created live!

Had a blast taking advantage of the gorgeous February warm weekend weather and just had to get out and paint. Can design at the computer any day, such a good call to do a quick burner in Art Alley with friends. Basically gave myself 2hrs to chop & burn on this garage door, buffed it out and then sprayed in my mountains to create atmosphere. Had been wanting to do one of my noodle monsters floating thru mountains for a while now and decided on a stoner noodle, ha ha ha! Awwwwww yeeeahz!
Grateful to help out for a great cause, come on out to Escapist Skateboarding for a great group show & charity auction. This is your chance to own custom art by many recognized artists for a fraction of what you would ordinarily pay! You will have 1hr to bid or forever gnash your teeth!
Here is the board I made, did up some mouthbreathing noodles, awwww yeah!

What a busy and fun DDLM month, wow it was a whirlwind, Three art shows and a rad group art installation at the incredible Nelson-Atkins Museum of Art with so many talented friends. I am humbled and grateful for all the great energy shared and created during this short span of time. Overall there were 100 sugar skulls on display. Here are a few pics, please enjoy!
Did this quick wall last night for a Halloween party & art show tonight at 2101 Broadway St, KCMO, 64108.
Cut stencils on the spot w/crappy scissors and used spray chalk as its only a 1 nite show. I got 2 pieces hanging as well. Gonna be a fun night and with a roof top deck with excellent views of downtown KC.
